Wolven

Born into the night, I see the moon through yellow eyes Out in the dark, I hear my brethren calling I can hear the prey, I can smell their fear, we move swiftly Under the full moon, tonight we dine on flesh To stalk my prey across the plains under an open sky To hear the hunted howl in fear, to feel my victims die I know no boundaries, I know no fear, to some I never die I run with the pack, swift through the snow, after the hunt I am the wolf Lost inside the moon, transformation taking completely So aware, my heightened senses overloaded I can smell the silver in the hunter’s bullets He is of no concern, he will die tonight
