Cold inside the corners of the depths of your mind But my voice is the loudest in the dark Wicked thoughts and deep desires whispering your doom I know your every weakness every fear locked away You have no secrets Nothing you can hide I exist in your subconscious I am your evil mind There is nowhere you can run I am your shadow self Locked deep within you There is no peace here Walking through the day like some animated corpse Going through the motions of every cold moment But try as you might to pretend I don’t exist, here I am Waiting to come screaming like a banshee from the shadows You cannot kill me I will not die Unless you put the gun between your lips
