Turn to look and stare deep into the eyes Of the beast who’s come to kill you Every muscle seething with hatred and malice It’s you who he’s come to destroy Run as fast as you can Run as hard as you want to It’s always right behind It’s always right behind you The teeth dig in and you forget that you’re being eaten Shock kicks in and you eventually succumb And now you’re gone but your body is still around Laughing and mumbling to itself, rocking in a corner There is no future and no past for you anymore The hell inside the cage for you shall last forever Scream as loud as you want It will do no good Destroy your body bit by bit But it matters not The cold horizon holds no dawn in the mouth of madness Truly lost in echoes, a chamber from which there is no escape
