Echoes of the Eldritch Cosmic

Ageless the memory but equally distorted Cosmic wills influencing perception Emphasized to me daily my punishment divine The howling darkness just outside a constant reminder Gods grow and die in the heat of my dementia Walls of reality mean nothing, travelers come and go Sickness infects every aspect of my being My body rebels from the depths of my depravity Lost in the center of the universe Blind I fall Found in the depths of oblivion I behold in horror Sallow light cast yellow through the window Creeping day turned into twilight Wicked unseen evils shifting in the shadows Do not stare too long into the dark And out in the blackness of space The old gods sing their melodies And I can hear them echoing across the void Under the ocean, the old ones sleep in wait Dreaming the madness that grips my mind forever
