The song tells the tale of Mary Reilly, once Dr. Jekyll’s housekeeper, who changed her name to escape the monstrous Mr. Hyde—now reborn as Jack the Ripper. Though thought to be his final victim, the body found was not hers, but another woman's. Mary was discovered dead, buried in Nottensdale. Her story takes a dark turn through the pages of an Italian erotic comic, where Quasimodo, a necrophilic caretaker, brings her back to life. Stripped of memory, she rises again… as CIMITERIA. La canzone narra di Mary Reilly, governante del Dr. Jekyll, che cambiò nome per sfuggire a Mr. Hyde, ora incarnato in Jack lo Squartatore. Creduta sua ultima vittima, il corpo ritrovato non era il suo, ma di un'altra prostituta. Mary fu trovata morta e sepolta a Nottensdale. La storia si collega a un fumetto erotico italiano, dove Quasimodo, un custode necrofilo, la resuscita. Mary, senza memoria, diventa CIMITERIA.
