Beyond my gaze Lies a wasteland A ghost town filled with polluted streets Shops with boarded up windows Blood stains on the pavement Staying over for weeks This place do not feel like home Purpose has been left unknown Roaming around the streets at night To shed light of this isolation Not even the wings of solitude Can help me numb this pain Abandoned homes, a haven for some The smell still lingers in the air Polluted by the fumes of cars I cannot climb my way out of hell Losing sensation, pure desecration This crooked hill Cannot set my soul free
