I'm begging for reprieve, I wish the pain would leave I cannot seem to see past this chosen memory It's breaking me in two, how can I fix the dew? Upon the tree of life, it cuts me like a knife The forest is too vast, I know that I won't last And I can't escape the hurt Digging deeper The silhouette of better days Return to normal till the end, my friend We're falling down within the construct of an absent light s dimming, sealed our fate its self condemning Cause we poison the well, the well is running dry It seems we're done this time, if we don't make a choice They'll cut off our own voice Will I wake up? Will I seek any more of my destiny Or will I succumb to all the things that made this world I fear I'm undone
