A culmination Anchor of void Withered remnants of the gods Diminished light fails to ignite The funeral procession marches for a last time The very last time Hidden among the sheep as a wolfpack The past undone Canonized by this dirge unsung Again shall be Dead but dreaming in the dark for eternity Moving stealth without collision Dissident deeds enforced with precision Heretic atonality My soul no longer engaged by mortality With wrath inhumane Horsemen of four rode not in vain On the left hand path I've travelled Where shadows fill my sails Old mysteries unraveled In the dusk that thrives behind my trails Sunset choir, a requiem for the lost Sunset choir, a threnody before thresholds crossed Sunset choir, ringing out my own holocaust Sunset choir, chanting the sound of sorrow for a last time The very last time Crimson skies moving blackened clouds Twilight's wings unfurl This odyssey calls for tragedy A certain death in the still of this silent lucidity
