Flesh To Ashes Holy congregation gathered for cleansing rite. Bell’s chime and deceptive prayers fill the air. Call upon the one in Heaven to watch her die. Summon Him to cast her defiled soul in eternal fire. From the dungeons her feeble body is brought forth. Lustful eyes follow steps to hellward pyre. The last words of sanctification are uttered. Final pleas are the confirmation of demoniac pact. Raise the purging torch, make the sign of the cross. Bind her to the stake. In the name of the Father, the Son and Holy Ghost. Let her burn alive… The hungry flames rise, her body’s final torment. Binded to the stake. The smell of burnt flesh. Death takes on its role. Her soul is free… So they commend her body to the fire.
