Descent into Ascension

Break it down! Down here in the depths of hell Things are not as they seem Their too afraid, too asleep, to see The under earth belongs not to the Demonaphony Take care, that your not deceived Take care, their wicked goal is not achieved Take a knee, choose who you will serve this day Take a knee, pledge thy fealty Among the desolate lands, the earth is silent and without breath Deep in the heart of the earth, an undying fire burns So near the dark, and yet so far Will I rise up, or shrink back before fear? What will you do with the fire that is given you? Make it greater, or foster the lies till it drowns out the light, And You draw your last breath, watch all you want die like the curse you wrought upon yourself. Watch your life slowly slip away, so numb to the pain, you believe this is how it should be. This is not how it should be! Planting with poison, food without nutrition Fill yourself with nothing but the devils venom United in divisive hate, political pollution Meet my eyes, do see the flame burning within? Your fate is what you make it, no doomsayer can speak it. I’m tired of fools speaking of things they don’t know, don’t let them tell you who you are Will you be wheat or weeds, goats or sheep? Will you be your name, a child or a slave? Fated to lose or fated to choose? The choice is yours, be not as the honey gluttons, making gods, out of God’s gifts, worshipping what is given, rather than the One who gave it. Will you descend into ascension? Take the road that is paved with blood Or ascend into descension Take the fast path to the desolate land
