When depression turns to hate The self loathing is unbearable Suicidal ideation in my disturbed mind Although the deed is far away When everything around me is overwhelming The the threshold of pain is very low Just like my spirit and morale Can I get a glimpse of happiness? I’ve forgotten a time so long ago Almost a content human in a neurotypical world The suffering, deceit, lies and yes… those two faces. Always two and only one being the real truth Head in the clouds at night as the stars circle My mind possessed by the cold moon Happiness is long gone, only tears run deep Too gutless for the real deed, although the suffering continues and my soul withers away
